Owner to confirm: the contracting legal entity, business address, fees policy, cancellation policy, employment-agency licensing position and any programme-specific terms before accepting clients.
1. Scope
Gael Talent Bridge provides career-strategy, job-search, CV and application support, interview preparation, candidate-workspace and related talent-consultancy services, together with employer hiring support where agreed. The precise scope, deliverables, timetable and any limits are confirmed in the relevant proposal, booking confirmation or written agreement.
2. No guarantee of employment
We provide support, preparation and consultancy. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, immigration outcomes, employer response, or the suitability or availability of any role. Hiring decisions remain with the employer and career decisions remain with the candidate.
3. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading; review all documents and applications before use; keep account credentials secure when a live account is available; and tell us promptly about material changes. Candidates must not ask us to include false claims or use another person’s information without permission.
4. Employer responsibilities
Employers must provide a clear and lawful role brief, accurate information about the organisation and hiring process, timely feedback where agreed, and appropriate authority to instruct us. Employers must handle candidate data only for the agreed opportunity and in accordance with applicable data-protection law and any agreed data-sharing terms.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment timing, expenses, taxes, any placement-related charge and payment method will be set out in a written proposal, booking confirmation or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are due under that document. We may pause work where undisputed payment remains overdue after notice.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and notice arrangements are set out in the relevant booking or service agreement. Where no specific arrangement has been agreed, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess what work has been completed and what can reasonably be rearranged.
7. Documents and intellectual property
You retain ownership of information and documents you provide. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you may use final documents produced specifically for you or your organisation for the agreed purpose. Gael Talent Bridge retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, training material, branding and generic know-how. You may not resell, publish as your own or create a competing service from those materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or any Workspace service; attempt unauthorised access; upload harmful files; use another person’s account; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; send unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content; or use the service to automate applications, messages or hiring decisions contrary to our stated controls.
9. Recruitment-agency position
Irish law regulates the operation of employment agencies. The Employment Agency Act 1971 includes a prohibition on operating an employment agency without a licence, subject to the Act’s terms and definitions. Whether a particular service requires licensing depends on the final operating model and legal facts.
Owner to confirm: whether any Gael Talent Bridge service falls within the Act’s licensing requirement, and if so the current licence/registration details and compliant process. Do not publish a legal conclusion or licence claim until verified.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Gael Talent Bridge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, loss of data caused by factors outside reasonable control, or outcomes arising from an employer’s decision or a candidate’s use of advice. Any further cap or service-specific allocation of risk should be set out in the written agreement.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy notice. Candidate and employer sharing must be purposeful and agreed. Optional marketing consent is separate from operational communications.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply. We may update these terms to reflect service, law or operational changes. The current version will be posted here with its review date; material changes to an active service will be communicated where appropriate.
