Candidate programmes

Programmes & fees, explained clearly.

We recommend the level of support that fits the work ahead. Fees are confirmed in writing after a free introductory consultation; we do not publish invented one-size-fits-all prices.

Three levels of support

Choose the work, not a sales label.

The consultation helps establish which programme is proportionate to your target, starting point and desired level of hands-on support.

“Included” means within the written scope agreed for your programme. Specific session numbers, turnaround and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.

How the fee is set

Confirmed after an honest assessment of the work.

The fee reflects the programme level, target complexity, amount of document work, depth of strategy and interview support, international positioning needs, and the pace and duration of the agreed campaign.

Before you decide, you receive the scope, fee, payment schedule and any relevant terms in writing. No one should feel pressured to buy more support than they need.

Payment and refund principles

  • Fees, payment timing and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Where staged payments apply, the timing is tied to the agreed service stages.
  • If a service has not started, or cannot be delivered as agreed, the position is reviewed fairly against the written terms and work already completed.
  • Career support is time and expertise, not a guaranteed employment outcome; a job offer or lack of one is not itself a basis for a refund.

Final payment and refund terms require owner and legal review before publication.

Questions about programmes

Frequently asked questions

Why are prices not listed?

Support is scoped to the work required. A candidate seeking a focused CV review does not need the same service as someone running an international job-search campaign with interview preparation. The fee is confirmed in writing after the free introductory consultation.

Is the introductory consultation free?

Yes. It is a chance to understand your position, discuss the most useful route and decide whether the service is right for you. It is not a promise of programme acceptance or employment.

Can I start with a smaller programme and add support later?

Often, yes. Any change of scope, fee or timing should be agreed in writing before the additional work begins.

Do you guarantee interviews or offers?

No. We improve clarity, evidence, preparation and process. Hiring decisions remain with employers, and work-authorisation outcomes remain with the relevant authorities.

Can I pay in stages?

Where a staged arrangement is appropriate, it will be explained in the written proposal. Availability depends on the agreed programme and timing.
